Makes 20 Ice Pops
Prep. Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 8 hours and 15 minutes
What You Will Need:
- 1 bottle of Cupcake Vineyards Rosé (still)
- 6 ounces of thinly sliced strawberries
- 6 ounces of sliced raspberries (halved)
- 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Ice pop tray(s) and sticks
- Shot glass (for measuring)
Directions:
- Pour three ounces of Cupcake Vineyards Rosé into each ice pop mold and add three strawberry slices and three raspberry slices. Set aside.
- Add the remaining strawberry and raspberry slices to a small bowl and mash. Once all solids are mashed, add the lemon juice and sugar and stir until combined.
- Pour the mash into each ice pop mold equally, leaving room at the top.
- Put the lid on and add the sticks if they are not attached. Freeze for three hours.
- Remove from freezer and move the sticks around to prevent the berry slices and berry mash from settling at the bottom.
- Freeze again for five hours.
- Note: the alcohol in Rosé makes it more difficult to freeze so when serving, plan to enjoy immediately.
-
